Listed below are Vivid Esthetics policies & information you need to know! It’s important that you understand these policies and when completing booking that you agree to them on the client intake form!!

  • A $50 deposit is required at time of booking for all eyelash services and will be applied to full payment! Deposits are non-refundable!

    Deposits are also non-transferable unless you are rebooking within the same week or reschedule before the 24 hour time frame. A new deposit will be required if you cancel!

  • Must be done 24 hours in advance!

    Though things come up, we value your time and ours. We require 50% of the service fee for the following conditions: Less than 24-hour notification when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. No show/ missed appointments as well.

    Note: you will loose your deposit and it will count towards the 50%. The balance will be charge to the card you have on file! All fees must be paid to book another appointment and a new deposit will be required!

    If you are unable to make it please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule!

  • Late arrivals are considered late 10 mins past scheduled appointment time and will result in a $10 late fee - late arrivals may not receive the scheduled services and/or may have to be rescheduled.

    *Refunds are not available under any circumstance*

  • Please DO NOT bring children or extra guests!

    I work from a home based studio, please be respectful!

    To prep for appointment please arrive with a clean face and lashes, free of any product!

    You have 48 hours from your service date to contact me for a complimentary fill or any issues if need be!
